Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients:

3 Eggs (2 Eggs if using for Toad in the Hole)

200g Plain Flour

Pinch of Salt

300ml Milk

Sunflower Oil for baking

Method:

Add Flour and Salt to Bowl and make a well.

Add Eggs

Whisk while gradually adding Milk until there are no lumps

Put mixture in the fridge for atleast 1 hour prior to using

To bake,

Heat oven to 200c

add a small teaspoon of oil to each container on a muffin tin (10 Puddings)

put tin in oven for 5 minutes to heat oil

remove and split batter between 10 muffin containers

Bake for 25-30 minutes until risen and browned.
